Overview
Kellas House is one of Scotland’s finest Arts and Crafts houses and is set amongst woodland and lawns on gently sloping hills above the River Lossie about 10 miles from Elgin and Forres. It is the centre of its own 2500 acre mixed agricultural and sporting estate.

The Gate Lodge is also available as a holiday cottage for self-catering rental and can accommodate 4.
Kellas House can be rented with or without catering and housekeeping staff.
Fishing and sporting packages, including pheasant and grouse shooting, and roe stalking can be arranged.
