Finding Joy is the story of a family’s fight against Lyme disease.

Morven-May’s talk will introduce the story’s main characters, with a short reading from her book. Finding Joy is a fictitious novel and is based on her own 17year battle with Lyme disease. Morven-May will then show us how we can protect ourselves from being bitten by ticks and what we can do to reduce our risk of being infected.

An avid writer from a young age, this Highland-based author, has toured the country with her work – which has been featured on Countryfile, BBC Disclosure, Channel Four’s Steph’s Packed Lunch, and countless radio shows, her book has also been held before the Scottish Parliament. We are excited to see the next novel by this local author.
