Roualeyn Cottage

Overview

Roualeyn Cottage is just a mile out of the quiet village of Rothiemay with views down to the river Deveron. Set on a working family farm, surrounded by open countryside.

The Cottage is chalet style and comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The bedroom layout is as follows:
Master bedroom on the first floor with a King size bed and private ensuite with walk in shower.
Twin Room with two single beds also on the first floor
Double Bedroom on the ground Floor

As well as the ensuite upstairs there is a family bathroom on the ground floor.

There is plenty of room for guests to come together or to find their own space with a Kitchen Diner, separate Dinning Room, Living Room with a cosy woodburning stove and a lovely sunny Sunroom.

Children and pets are very welcome with a utility room and an adjoining garage to take care of outdoor gear. The garage also offers a full size table tennis table for some healthy competition and the Dinning room is well stocked with family board games.

There are plenty of activities for guests to enjoy. Walks from your door, Castles and Gardens to discover, Whisky Distilleries to sample, Beaches to blow away your worries and great restaurants to indulge all within a short drive.
