Orrin’s Head Chef, Andy Fyfe, started his career in Glasgow under the watchful eye of the late Alan Gibb who was Executive Chef at Gleneagles Hotel. Here, he realised his passion and true potential for cooking, learning the classics, whilst also developing his own culinary style and identity as a chef.
