North Alves Holiday Park Ltd welcomes you to our friendly, family run Caravan Park and Campsite offering an idyllic setting for your holiday in beautiful Morayshire.

North Alves Holiday Park is set in the grounds of a once fully working 19th century farm. It is surrounded by stunning open countryside and located 1 mile from the lovely ancient pine forest and beach at Roseisle.

Our aim is to offer all our visitors a real, rural feel during a stay with us at North Alves, keeping to the true farming roots of the site and the surrounding area. This includes our nature meadow/pond area and new for 2016, our open viewing area into our paddocks, where you can see our resident animals. Meet our pet sheep, mini piglets Snap, Crackle and Pop, our alpacas Jerry, Josh and Jack and our resident geese, chickens, and ducks.

Being situated an hour from Inverness (The gateway to the Highlands), Aviemore and The Cairngorms National Park, the campsite is a wonderful base to venture further afield for the day if you wish. There are also various activities available locally for those who enjoy outdoor pursuits like walking, water sports, golfing, quad biking as well as many more…

If, however, you prefer a more relaxing pastime like wildlife watching, the Moray Firth is famous for its various sightings, including dolphin and seals. Maybe even a visit to one or more of the many distilleries located on the world-famous Moray Malt Whisky Trail. We are perfectly located for all these activities and many more and are an ideal base for touring and exploring Moray and the Highlands.
