Overview
Holiday Rental in Lossiemouth – Number 3 Marina Quay is a superb first floor apartment located in the Scottish seaside town of Lossiemouth, often described as the ‘Jewel of Moray’.
Now available for holiday rentals, this apartment is one of only nine properties in
Lossiemouth’s most sought after location. Having been lovingly maintained as a private
holiday home for over a decade, the accommodation is presented in excellent condition throughout and benefits from spectacular views of the Moray Firth owing to its unique quayside location.
Number 3 Marina Quay provides the perfect place to relax and get away from the toils and troubles of everyday life. With superb views, lots of local amenities and a whole range of exciting activities, this stunning part of Scotland really must be seen to be fully appreciated.
The apartment which sleeps 4/5 is one of 9 situated immediately between the Marina and the sea providing stunning views of the Moray Firth from the living room, and quaint views of the marina from the three bedrooms. In brief, the accommodation comprises:
A large lounge and dining area, complete with a television with a series of free view channels, Wi-Fi, a DVD, Video, and a CD player as well as two large floor to ceiling windows looking back across the water towards the beach.
A well-equipped kitchen, fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher, as well as the usual small appliances.
A master bedroom featuring a double bed, ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe.
Two further bedrooms, one with twin beds, and the other with a single bed and a fitted wardrobe.
Linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price, as are gas and electric. However, beach towels are not provided.
Unfortunately, in the beautiful weather of July 2019 the bridge from Seatown across to the east beach was closed due to safety concerns. The Scottish government have now given funding for this to be replaced and it was hoped that this work would have been done by Autumn of this year. However, with the delays caused by the pandemic we are not sure when this will now happen. There is still access to the east beach, but it requires a drive inland and then a walk through the forest. There are, however, numerous other beautiful beaches in the area, not least Lossiemouth’s west beach and two miles of golden sand to the lighthouse and beyond coves accessed by the coastal path.
