Led by industry veteran, Billy Walker, who boasts an almost 50-year tenure in whisky, our passionate team are focused upon quality over quantity. Since reviving The GlenAllachie Distillery in 2017, Master Distiller Billy Walker has spent endless hours carefully analysing and monitoring the spirit within each cask slowly maturing in our 16 on-site warehouses. Once he determines that the spirit has met the perfect balance between wood and distillery influence, Billy proudly puts his name to every single bottle of GlenAllachie sold across the globe.
