Located in Cooper Park, Elgin Library is the central library for Moray and a Learndirect Scotland and ECDL centre. Relaxed browsing areas, gallery and meeting facilities, learning centre provision and well trained staff ensure an enjoyable and modern library experience for all ages. The Cobbs cafe located in the building serves a range of sandwiches, paninis, soups, cakes, tea and coffee. Free Wifi is available throughout the premises.
