Overview

We’re excited to confirm that we are open for the 2021 season and you can book now for paddle board, kayak, sailing and online ‘virtual’ sessions.

Cullen Sea School is a ‘We’re Good to Go’ business. This shows you that we are working hard to adhere to government and public health guidance, and have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment to check we have everything in place to offer our activities safely.

The Cullen Sea School is run by the registered SCIO charity, the Three Harbours Association and is a warm and welcoming centre where you can enjoy an abundance of water sport activities, shore-based classes and even try your hand at boat-building. Our brand new building offers a small boat building/repair workshop, meeting/instruction space and showering/changing facilities including provision for disabled people.

Our water sports season runs from May to October while you can enjoy all our shore-based classes all year round. We offer a combination of activities and sessions that are unique to the North East of Scotland, all of which can be tailored to meet your requirements. We also have an AALA licence and an RYA affiliation in place, ensuring that our courses are safe and fun at the same time. You do not have to be a boat owner or have had any prior experience to become a member or attend a course at the Sea School.
