Overview

Conval View Bed & Breakfast is an extremely comfortable, spacious, warm modern house with fabulous elevated views towards the Conval Hills and Ben Rinnes. We are situated a short drive (2mls) from the scenic villages of Aberlour & Dufftown (4mls) in the heart of the World-famous Speyside whisky/salmon fishing/hill walking countryside. We live on the Ground floor and the whole upper floor is for the exclusive use of our guests offering you a high degree of comfort, peace & privacy.

BENRINNES SUITE

• (en suite) is an extremely spacious (24mx2) centrally heated and freshly decorated room with Super King Size bed with mattress topper for extra comfort
• We have two new, extra fold away beds (Pocket sprung mattresses W96cm(38ins)L204cm(6ft8ins) that can be easily be provided within this room for families or friends/groups wishing to share

FAMILY SUITE:-

• single bedroom (8mx2) Single bed (196cm/6ft6insL x 99cms/3ft3insW)
• own lounge with large sofa & 2 armchairs, coffee table & TV
  private,modern shower room/wash basin/WC
  both bedrooms in the Family Suite have coffee/tea making facilities and hair dryers
  fabulous views & warm & cosy in all rooms

BREAKFAST ROOM:-

Ground floor and breakfast is a Freshly cooked, delicious full Highland Breakfast (Eggs of your choice) or a comprehensive Continental Breakfast. Served between 07:00 am & 09:00 am.

UTILITY ROOM:-
Washing machine, tumble dryer,sink,iron & ironing board, ceiling clothes airer/dryer (a small charge is made) and adjoining small WC/wash basin
The Family Suite has it’s own private entrance at the back of the property. This can also be used to access the garden
No smoking anywhere in the house but smoking permitted outside away from the house

CHECK IN 4pm to 10pm
CHECK OUT 10am

HOW TO FIND US:-
From Elgin: drive South on A941 through Rothes. Continue past Craigellachie (where road number changes to A95) towards Aberlour. Drive through village on A95 up hill for about 1.5miles.. Turn LEFT at Aberlour Veterinary Centre. Continue on rural road, sharp lefthand bend. Do NOT take first sign ‘leading to Benrinnes Drive’ but continue until you see semi-circle of re-cycling bins on left. Turn LEFT here then immediately right where you will see sig for Benrinnes Drive. Conval View is SECOND house on RIGHT with tall, green hedge and white lettering B&B on brown post box beside double metal 5-bar gate. You’ve arrived!
From Grantown on Spey:Take A95 towards Aberlour. After about 17.5 miles, look out for sign on left to Carron (do NOT turn left!); immediately after this sign, go over brow of hill, turn RIGHT at Aberlour Veterinary Centre and follow directions as above. (If you find yourself in Aberlour, you’ve missed turn right at the Vet’s! Turn around and read first set of directions!!)
