Beechtree Restaurant

Overview

The Beechtree Restaurant, situated in UHI Moray, is home to our Hospitality and Tourism Academy. The Restaurant opens weekdays to the public, providing hands on, practical experience for students studying hospitality at all levels.

You can sit down for a specialist coffee, tea or scone in the morning, or a delicious bistro lunch. We also offer a Fine Dining twilight service one evening a week.

All the food is prepared, cooked and served by the students. Highly experienced staff and lecturers provide supervision and guidance but students are encouraged to work themselves, as a team and learn in a realistic working environment.
