Overview

This recently refurbished former fisherman’s cottage offers luxury, modern accommodation in picturesque Findochty. With sea views, located directly on the Moray Coast Trail and only 50 metres from Sandy Creek Beach, Beach House is a wonderful base for a relaxing holiday. There are opportunities for walking, playing golf, sea swimming and spotting the famous dolphins, seals and bird life. There are numerous nearby tourist attractions to visit in Moray, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands.

The accommodation consists of three bedrooms (one on the ground floor and two upstairs), a bathroom and separate shower room (both on the ground floor) and a lounge with dining recess. There is a quiet reading area upstairs with a selection of books, games and puzzles for guest use. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and combined washer/dryer machine. There is gas central heating and double glazing throughout with an electric fire in the lounge.

Freeview HD TV and Netflix is available in the lounge. There are also televisions in two of the three bedrooms. Unlimited superfast broadband is also provided free of charge.

A travel cot and stair gate are available if required. Outside there is a walled courtyard with table and chairs in the storage box. For your safety, there are smoke, carbon monoxide and heat detectors as well as a fire extinguisher in the kitchen.
