We would like to invite you to join us on our guided nature wellbeing walks throughout Moray and the Highlands. You will experience the great outdoors with a knowledgeable and friendly guide.
Walking is great for our physical health and benefits our mental health. Walking with a group can help us to feel more connected, improve our mood and help to lower anxiety and stress. If you feel this would benefit you, please come along.
There is no charge and no need to book.
All walks will be from 10 – 12.30 to allow a gentle and relaxing walk and time for wee break and a hot drink.
