New exhibition at Moray Art Centre by Helen O’Brien, with support from Lynne Campbell

From the 6th of October until the 29th, Moray Art Centre is hosting a new exhibition, Temporal Matter, which explores the transient existence of nature and the ordinary.

Moray Art Centre are excited to invite you to an upcoming exhibition by Helen O’Brien, with a supporting exhibition from Lynne Campbell. Temporal Matter showcases the beautifully detailed nuances of nature, encapsulated through sculpture and photography. Helen’s practice involves the casting of discarded organic objects into bronze, her fascination with the alchemical proces of transferring one material into another is a way of capturing and extending its temporal existence. This exhibition is supported with photography from Lynne Campbell who’s practice focuses on the architectural forms of mushrooms and communally shared experiences.
