Another beautiful event coming up on Sunday 26th March. Welcoming the start of Spring we will work on setting our intentions for the year ahead. Spring is all about growth, life, a new start. Stepping out of the darkness and into the light.
Moving our bodies with morning Yoga, we will shake off Winter and embrace growth and change with Morgan.
After a beautiful lunch we will sit outside under the trees. Soaking up these energies whilst journaling our thoughts and ideas for the year ahead.
Ending our day with a Sound Healing session to align us. Working deep within our cells to align and release. Leaving with a little gift to take home.
