An evening of music from the Perricone String Quartet. They’ll play classics from Vivaldi’s ‘Four Seasons’, to Italian love songs, to jazz favourites (such as ‘La Vie en Rose’ and ‘Cheek to Cheek’).

As a professional violinist, Sarah Perricone has played with national and international orchestras and ensembles for the past 30 years – Scottish Opera, RSNO, Scottish Ballet, BBC Scottish Symphony, and Orchestra Internazionale d’Italia. Sarah is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, trained sound-healer, performance coach and reiki master.

Although primarily a night of light classical music, Sarah will combine her extensive experience in music and therapy and demonstrate during the evening how music can affect us on different levels and enhance our sense of well-being. She will explain how the quartet works together, incorporating qualities such as deep listening, respect, inclusiveness, trust and connectivity. All of these are essential in everyday life if we wish to rebuild healthy, regenerative and supportive communities.

The Universal Hall in Findhorn is the perfect venue for this relaxing evening revolving around music, community, and healing.
