Connect with nature, experience the benefits of mindfulness outdoors, and chill out in hammocks beneath the trees. The morning will include a gentle, mindful walk, a sharing circle and a journaling exercise.

Journaling for reflection
Your ticket includes a hot drink and a fancy piece from Kula Coffee Hut. You will leave feeling inspired, refreshed and content, full of positive vibes and with pockets full of joy! This is an outdoor event, so please come dressed for the weather in warm clothing and bring a pen/pencil and a notebook for the journaling exercise. Wear comfortable shoes suitable for woodland trails.
