Suitable for beginners, this workshop will teach you how to print your very own multi-coloured masterpiece from a single block using a jigsaw cutting technique. Don’t worry if you’re not a skilled artist; all you need is the desire to create.
We will be printing without a press, providing you with foundational knowledge that you can apply to your art practice at home. This hands-on, practical session will equip you with a broad technical overview to kick-start your printmaking journey.
Throughout the workshop, we will cover design transfer, cutting techniques, ink preparation and mixing, and print registration. You will receive guidance and support as you explore these processes and develop your artistic skills. This is an opportunity to not only learn the basics but also to experiment with new techniques and create your own artwork.
