A fusion of activities to leave you feeling energised, relaxed and perhaps a little inspired at the beautiful Greenbrae Steading on the Moray Coast.
You’ll begin the day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and baked treat as you take in the view of the Moray Firth from our lovely Steading.
Join Yaz for a fun beach workout inspired by the natural landscape. This will be a full body workout with all activities tailored to different fitness levels and options to make the exercises easier or harder. Don’t worry this is not a bootcamp style of workout but hopefully you leave feeling nicely worked and energised. The hope is that you get some inspiration to create your own outdoor workouts in your own environment. You’ll finish the workout with a refreshing dip in the sea.
You’ll then head back to the Steading to enjoy a leisurely healthy lunch and a little down time. This is your day so we invite you to bring a book to read in the sun or by the fire depending on the weather. You are free to take a stroll on the beach or simply just hang out and natter.
Finally we’ll wind down the day with a beautiful restorative yoga session hosted by Sarah Collins of Wildermoons . Sarah will be guiding a relaxing yoga and breathwork practice to leave you feeling centred, grounded and peaceful.
All fitness levels are welcome as all exercises and yoga can be adapted to your ability.
