Moray Speyside Tourism (MST) are the destination marketing organisation (DMO) for the Moray & Speyside regions. The organisation was established in 2014 to deliver the Moray Tourism Strategy and operates under the governance of Moray Chamber of Commerce.
Moray Speyside Tourism are core funded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise
MST promote the area covered by the Moray Council administrative area, or, the area defined as ‘Speyside’ by the Scotch Whisky Regulations.
Moray Speyside Tourism’s job is to bring more visitors to our beautiful region, positioning Moray Speyside as a world-class destination for visitors from across the globe, strengthening our tourism industry and securing its future.
We do this in 3 main ways:
- Business to business marketing and travel industry engagement
- Consumer focused marketing and promotional activity
- Support for local tourism businesses, including capacity building, training and advocacy
Moray Speyside Tourism work in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders, tourism organisations, community groups and commercial businesses to drive forward tourism development in Moray Speyside.
Moray Speyside Tourism are leading the campaign to introduce a Tourism Business Improvement District for the region. The Tourism BID would provide a secure and sustainable future for Moray’s Tourism industry. Find out more here
