Linn of Avon Holiday Cottages is a small family run business in which the whole family has their own unique role.

About the Cottages

The cottages were built during 2016 / 2017 on the site of an old store, were constructed to give an authentic feel externally using traditional materials, retaining a section of the store walls and the stone to incorporate them into the garden walls thus maintaining a part of the past.
Internally the cottages have been designed with a modern contemporary look. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open plan to create a lovely light and airy sociable space.

To ensure the cottages meet our guest’s expectation an up to date entertainment system is available. You can also be assured that, although the cottages are in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, a fibre broadband service is available within the cottages should you feel the need to reconnect to the outside world.

Cairn Daimh is the bottom house, No. 7. It has a spacious driveway for 2 cars and a large garden. Inside includes:
