A Charming Cottage between Two Pubs

Overview

A charming end-terraced cottage perfectly situated to enjoy the little village of Craigellachie in Speyside, Moray and all it has to offer – from fishing on the River Spey, simply relaxing, dining out in the Copper Dog or the Highlander to enjoying a dram in the Fiddichside Inn (re-opened Jan 2020), Quaich Bar or at Macallan Distillery. All walking distance so save on taxi fares! With so many distilleries to visit here on Scotland’s original Malt Whisky Trail we recommend you stay around longer.

The cottage which is over one hundred years old is in the very heart of the village. It is off the main road and has double glazing which makes it very peaceful. It has gas central heating and a well stocked kitchen. It is at the bottom of the village so no hills or steps to climb after visiting the pubs or playing tennis on the courts across the road! The beds are very comfortable and only the best linen and towels are used. There’s a guest profile for Netflix and a great selection of books.

It’s a self-catering cottage so the whole space is yours. There is no garden however the lane is shared for access and we have a table and chairs outside for using on sunny days. There is a small beach under the Craigellachie Bridge just 1/4 mile away.
